Within Function Point, you can manage your subscription by adding users, adding or editing your payment information, and viewing past invoices. Follow the steps in this article to learn how.
Navigate to the Subscription Management Page
To get to the Subscription Management section of your system, hover over the Admin tab in the main navigation bar > System Set Up > Subscription Management.
Note: Managing your Function Point Subscription is permission based. If you do not see the Subscription Management tab, ask your system administrator to grant you access. The three permissions needed to access and view Subscription Management are:
- View Modules > Admin | View
- Administrator > Admin | Subscription Management
- Administrator > Admin Menu | Subscription Management

The Users section displays the total number of licenses you have with your current subscription, the number of user licenses in use and how many new staff you can add. It will also indicate which add-ons you have purchased, such as Accounting Integration and the Client Portal.
To increase users on your current subscription click the Add Users button and follow these steps:
- Enter the New Total number of users.
- Review the Prorated Charges that will appear on your next invoice.
- Click Update & Add Staff if you wish to add your staff now.
Click Update Subscription to save your changes.

Billing Information Section:
This section displays the billing frequency of your subscription. Additionally, you can view the date of your next invoice and your method of payment.
To add or edit your credit card details click the Manage Payment Method link.
Click the Add Payment Method button.
A popup box will appear to input your credit card information. Click Create when you've filled in all the fields.
Billing History Section:
You now have the ability to view your Function Point invoices starting from January 1, 2018. Click "here" to view your invoices.
